Itinerary Details

Day 1: Hanoi Arrival - Welcome To Vietnam

Be welcomed by our guide and driver at Noi Bai International Airport flight from … to Hanoi.

Our guide waits for you at the exit gate of the airport and transfers you to downtown Ha Noi city, a city of lakes, shaded boulevards, public parks, and the capital of Vietnam.

Ha Noi Capital City is a great place for street food, night life to experience. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2: Ha Noi City Tour & Duong Lam Ancient Village. O/n In Hanoi (B/L)

Morning activities:

Begins the morning City tour to the Westlake for a sightseeing and visit to the Quan Thanh Temple and Tran Quoc Buddhist Pagoda – two of the most ancient temples in Hanoi City.

Next continue to visit the Temple of Literature – Vietnam’s first National University where so many kings studied and the training of thousands of the best talented mandarin of the country.

And then leave Hanoi for Duong Lam Ancient village, 60 km from central Hanoi to the West. Duong Lam village is a purely agricultural village which still preserves and stands many hundred-year-old houses.

Once arriving at the village you will make your walking tour from the Main Entrance of the village, which gives you an amazing hamlet as original architecture still remains till today.

Visit Mong Phu communal house which is located in the very center of the Duong Lam village and is one of the beautiful artwork, typical of Northern Vietnam.

You have lunch at a local family to have a chance to interact with local villagers.

Afternoon activities:

Continue your walking through the narrow alleys of the village and have more chances for sightseeing and taking photos of the old laterite brick houses which make up the special feature and unique for the village.

Visit Mia Pagoda at another village since the 15th century with 287 statues of all sizes to get more knowledge of the history and its unique architecture.

And then return to Hanoi City and spend your balance time for more experience of its charms.

Day 3: Hanoi - Trang An Grotto - Mua Cave - Hanoi (B/L)

Morning activities:

Leave your hotel in Hanoi at 8:00 am and transfer to Ninh Binh province (98 Kms). On arrival in Ninh Binh you start your visit day trip for Kong Skull Island 2017 Film.

First you start the route to visit Trang An Grottoes on a local rowing boat to see the beautiful scenery taken in this famous film. Visit Ethnic village in the film to get more experience.

And then visit one of the most beautiful caves in Trang An Grottoes complex by rowing boat to experience the amazing landscapes known as Halong on land. Free to have your lunch.

Afternoon activities:

This afternoon you continue to visit Mua Cave and listen to its interesting stories from our guide. You will climb 500 stone steps to the top of the cave where you can view the majestic landscapes of Tam Coc cave. Especially Ngoa Long Mountain (Dragon Mountain) on the way to Mua cave will give you a great impression of beautiful landscapes. No better way to take photos of amazing scenery for mountains, countryside, wonderful Ngo Dong River, etc.

After that the driver and guide will transfer you back to Hanoi city.

Evening activities:

Spend your balance dinner wandering around or you can join a water puppet show at a theater near Hoan Kiem Lake to learn more of an old art in Vietnam. Spend your night in Hanoi.

Day 4: Hanoi - Halong Bay - Bai Tu Long Bay. O/n On Dragon Pearl Junk (B/L/D)

Morning activities:

Leave Hanoi city on a luxury van (optional can order a private car) to Halong Bay. You will have a stop at Yen Duc village to enjoy a water puppet show. Have lunch in Yen Duc village. At noon time you leave Yen Duc village and continue your trip to Halong bay.

Afternoon activities:

Embark Hon Gai International harbor at 13:30 pm. Check in on board and enjoy welcome drinks and have a cruise briefing. Travel to Cap La where you enjoy paddling and kayaking in Tra San. After that you return junk for relaxing. Have dinner at a restaurant on board.

Evening activities:

Evening is your time to relax in your cabin and enjoy your own time for the bay night. Overnight on board.

Day 5: Bai Tu Long Bay - Hanoi & Flight To Hue. O/n In Hue (B/L)

Morning activities:

Enjoy the fresh air and gentle breeze of the bay in the morning. Have breakfast on board. Then cruise to Vung Vieng fishing village by a rustic row-boat, meet the local people and pass through the floating school and fish farms. You check out of the cabin at 10:00 am, start cruising towards the harbor. Have lunch on board.

Disembark at Hon Gai habor at noon time.

Afternoon activities:

Our driver welcomes you at 13:15 pm in a luxury van to return to Hanoi city. You spend 3.5 hours to reach Ha Noi city.

Note: If traveling on shuttle bus will have a stopover at Yen Duc village to enjoy a water puppet show. In case you choose a private car there will be non-stop. And then the driver of a private car drops you off at Noi Bai airport to take a flight to Hue.

Evening activities:

Reaching Phu Bai airport, you are welcomed and transferred to downtown in Hue city centre and checked in room.

Spend your first night in Hue city to wander around and get your own enjoyment. Overnight at your hotel in Hue.

Day 6: Hue Full Day Cycling To Countryside. O/n In Hue (B/L)

Morning activities:

Start your cycling around Hue city today to Hue Imperial City to learn about the last Dynasty Palace in Vietnam. There are many constructions for you to visit right in The Forbidden Purple City

Next is cycling to Thien Mu pagoda and passing through tranquil villages and experiencing local life and its simple beauties. Travel along Perfume River to return to the city centre and free for your lunch time.

Afternoon activities:

Continue your cycling this afternoon through the countryside road to visit Thanh Toan village. You have a chance to visit an ancient, roof-tiled bridge which was built back in the 18th century. This is also the chance to stroll around this lovely spot with a peaceful atmosphere, local market, and very interesting farming museum to help you understand more about local life. In April and May it is like gold silk when rice fields are in ripening time, it brings you a wonderful picture of the peaceful countryside.

Say goodbye to the peace village and bike back to your hotel.

Evening activities:

Free in the evening and wander around the streets along Perfume River, Trang Tien Bridge, walking streets for more enjoyment of its charm. Overnight at your hotel.

Day 7: Hue - Da Nang - Hoian. O/n In Hoi An (B/L)

Morning activities:

Leave Hue in the morning on National Highway No 1 to Hoi An and have stopover time and get more enjoyment at Lang Co Beach, Fishing village, Hai Van pass and conquer its beauties for the windy road pass.

Then travel ahead to Da Nang city known as the famous beach in Vietnam. You are driven through a beach road along the coastline to chill in its beauties.

Afternoon activities:

Make a visit to Da Nang city at Cham Museum with the whole collections of Cham Pa Sculpture displayed here and then Marble Mountain known as Five Mountains, named after the five elements of the ancient oriental philosophy: metal, wood, water, fire and earth.

Travel ahead to Hoi An Town and make a check in room late afternoon.

Evening is the time for your own experience around streets of Hoi An ancient town, enjoy street foods, local life, etc. Overnight at your hotel.

Day 8: Cooking Class & Walking Tour In Hoi An. O/n In Hoi An (B/L)

Morning activities:

In the morning, you walk with a Chef to the local market and buy the ingredients. The Chef will introduce you to the local market as well as the things they sell there. Here is also the chance to see the local people habitant of going to the local market every morning as an indispensable tradition.

Then from the market, head to the cooking class in a beautiful restaurant where the chef will teach the group to make the dishes. After the instruction you will cook by yourself.

After dishes have been done, relax and enjoy your lunch.

Afternoon activities:

Continue the trip by walking time to discover the beauty of Hoi An ancient town.

The tour includes stops at several famous landmarks. The first is Chua Ong Pagoda, dating back to 1653 and built in honor of the Chinese general Quan Cong, who is worshiped by many as a symbol of loyalty and justice.

Next is Phuc Kien Assembly Hall, to see the Jinshang Temple which is dedicated to the goddess of the sea and the protector of sailors.

Then visit Tan Ky ancient house, a 200 year old ancestral house. Finally, stroll across the often photographed 17th century covered bridge built by Japanese craftsmen called Japanese Bridge. The beautifully built bridge doubles as a temple and is a major landmark of Hoi An. Free to have your own account for dinner.

Evening activities:

Evening is the free time to experience Hoian ancient town with sparkling lantern light and enjoy street food for your own enjoyment. Hoian is more charming at night with different lanterns. Especially, if you are in full moon time, the whole town has no electric lights, just only lantern lights which give you more charm and are ancient.

Day 9: Hoian Free & Take Flight To Nha Trang. O/n In Nha Trang (B)

Have more free time on your own way in Hoian and then the driver transfers you to the airport for taking flight to Nha Trang. Spend your rest of time on the beach to get more leisure time on the nice sandy beach of Nha Trang Beach city in Vietnam. Overnight at your hotel in Nha Trang.

Day 10: Nha Trang Boat Trip & Mud Bathing. O/n In Nha Trang (B/L)

Morning activities:

Leave your hotel in Nha Trang transfer to Cau Da port for your boat trip cruising on the Nha Trang Bay. You take a boat trip to visit Mun island, the exciting boat start, we spend 45’to get to Mun island. You have one and half hours at Mun Island to observe the structure of Stalagmite Island and enjoy snorkeling on the extraordinary coral reefs which are covered with the multicolored fishes.

Then leaving for Mot Island. Have lunch with many excellent dishes, enjoying the floating bar with lots of fun.

Afternoon activities:

Getting to Tam island and taking a rest at Tam Resort. You can enjoy the fruit party and also some water sports. Back to Tri Nguyen Aquarium on Hon Mieu island. Visiting aquarium and seeing sea biology inside Neptune’s place with hundreds of fishes.

The boat lands at the harbor then transfers to Thap Ba Hot Spring for relaxing with mud bathing to get new energy.

Evening activities:

Free in the evening to discover Nha Trang beauties at night, walk around the seashore street and enjoy seafood, etc. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 11: Nha Trang Free On Beach. O/n In Nha Trang (B)

Have a full day free on the beach of Nha Trang and swim on pure blue sea water. Nha Trang is a beach bay city of Vietnam where there is a nice sandy beach for swimming and sunbathing. Overnight at a hotel in Nha Trang.

Optional: You can take a full day trip city tour in Nha Trang or discover Monkey Island, Nha Phu Bay, ect. Nha Trang offers you many other interesting island for enjoyment and discover.

Afternoon activities:

Take an afternoon flight from Nha Trang to Ho Chi Minh City and spend your rest of time in Ho Chi Minh. It will be your impression that this big city of Vietnam is the busiest all day without having night sleep.

Evening activities:

Have a free time in the evening for shopping at Ben Thanh night market or take a drink at a pub & bar along District 1. Overnight at your hotel in HCM.

Day 14: Cu Chi Tunnels & City Tour. O/n In HCM (B/L)

Morning activities:

What impressive for Vietnamese in war to fight against the enemy! Visit Cu Chi tunnels. It will give you the chance to learn lively Vietnamese history and people. Try yourself through narrow tunnels which are the home, work, school… in the past underground.

Afternoon activities:

Have a half day in the afternoon for your own experience around Ho Chi Minh City to get more discovery with French constructions: The Old Post Office, Notre Dame Catholic, Independent Palace, Ben Thanh market.

Day 15: Sai Gon - Mekong Delta/ My Tho - Ben Tre - HCM. O/n In HCM (B/L)

How exciting today is? Let’s take a full day to discover Mekong Delta – the land which is very famous for fruit tropical gardens and river life which give you the most impressive views in southwest Vietnam.

Morning activities:

Leave your hotel in HCMC at 8.00 am and depart for My Tho. Take a boat ride along the river, view the stilt houses and the fruit plantation along the river bank.

Continuing the boat ride to Tortoise Island for lunch by your own account and enjoy more beauties in this island.

Afternoon activities:

Have a boat ride to Tan An and enjoy cruising on a hand-rowed sampan under the shade of coconut trees along natural canals. You will enjoy seasonal fruit & honey tea to the sound of “Southern Vietnamese folk music”, performed by the local people.
