I left all the arrangements for our travels throughout Vietnam to Ruby and everything was beautifully organized and first class! The hotels were amazing with service levels beyond anything I’ve experienced before. Ruby’s personal touch is very evident, he came to our hotel on the first morning and the guides on our various trips were a real pleasure to know; all very natural, friendly and knowledgeable. I’d recommend Origin Vietnam totally, not only for Hanoi, but all travel around the country. Considering the fantastic service, it’s all very reasonable price-wise as well. We’d definitely go again with Origin Vietnam!
