1. Where is Noong Lake?

Noong Lake is a naturally formed freshwater lake, located on the Tay Con Linh mountain range, in Phu Linh commune, Vi Xuyen district, Ha Giang province, Vietnam. About 18 km south of Ha Giang city and about 280 km northwest of Hanoi capital.

2. How is Noong Lake unique?

The lake has an area of more than 20 hectares in the dry season and 80 hectares in the rainy season. Surrounding the lake is a majestic landscape with primeval forests and limestone mountains covering an area of more than 700 hectares. The lake is currently divided into two areas: Noong I Lake and Noong II Lake. The water source of this lake flows from underground water inside the stone caves.
