Le Mat Snake Village is a small village in Viet Hung ward (Gia Lam, Hanoi). From nearly 900 years ago, the villagers of Le Mat were famous for their traditional profession of catching and raising snakes.
Le Mat is a unique village, both ancient and modern. The village is located in the middle of National Highway 1A with Highway 5, in Viet Hung commune, Gia Lam district, about 7 km northeast of central Hanoi.
How Le Mat Snake Village is unique?
