4. How to get to Hang Te Cho waterfall?

4.1 From Hanoi to Phinh Ho – Tram Tau

To get to Hang Te Cho – Lang Nhi, starting from Hanoi, you need to move along the road from Highway 32 through Son Tay, Trung Ha bridge. Then go to Thanh Son, Thu Cuc, Van Chan, Phinh Ho. The total time to get to Hang Te Cho is estimated to take about 6 hours by motorbike.

Note that you should only move here in the summer, when the weather is dry to facilitate the travel process as well as comfortably admire the beautiful scenery on both sides of the road.

4.2 From Tram Tau to Hang Te Cho waterfall

  • First stage:

Departing from the center of Tram Tau district to Phinh Ho commune with a distance of about 10km. This road has been paved so moving is quite easy.

  • Second stage:

From Lang Nhi commune to De Cho village, the journey lasts 10km and is even more arduous and challenging than the previous journey. The road to the village is very narrow and gradually higher, close to the cliff, on one side is Ta Ly Duong and on the other side is an abyss.

Going all the way, visitors will see the Hang Te Cho waterfall gradually appearing behind the hazy clouds, as small as a thread between the deep green mountains and forests.

This is also the end of the motorbike road, visitors need to park their motorbikes at the village to continue the final journey – walking down to the waterfall.

  • Fourth stage:

It is a walk along the mountainside from De Cho village to Hang Te Cho waterfall. Although the waterfall appears right before your eyes, you have to walk about an hour to get there.
