How to get to Con Bung Beach?
Con Bung beach is in National Highway 57, belongs to Thanh Hai Commune, Thanh Phu District, Ben Tre Province. It is about 70km from Ben Tre city.
The beach far from Ho Chi Minh city about 156km and take more than 3 hours on car to reach Thanh Phu Beach. For people in Binh Duong, or Dong Nai can travel as the following routes:
From National Highway No 1A to Tien Giang, after to Trung Luong Crossroad, let turn right to National Highway 60 and pass through Rach Mieu Bridge of Ben Tre Province, pass through Ham Luong Bridge to Mo Cay Nam town.
If you travel by car, the time will be shortened by travel on highway Ho Chi Minh – Trung Luong at National Highway No 1A – Huong Lo 2 or National Highway No 1A – Nguyen Van Linh. Then, travel till the end of the highway and turn left at crossroad of Trung Luong – Tien Giang.
Which activities in Con Bung Beach?
Every time the tide goes down, Con Bung beach shows three water lakes which local people call “hủng” mean hole. These lakes are created by the vortex of greys. In particular, the lake has shallow, clean sea water and no mud and snail carcasses. It is very suitable for those who do not know how to swim and young children to have fun.
